Covid-19 Safety
We’re following rigorous health and safety protocols to protect you and our staff from Covid-19. Questions? Please contact us in advance of your stay.
TEMPERATURE CHECK AT CHECK-IN
We will check all guest temperatures at check-in and ask if you’ve experienced any Covid-19 symptoms.
CLEANING
We clean and disinfect all communal areas several times a day including high touch points like door knobs and telephones.
HANDWASHING
Staff have been trained in proper hand washing procedures, and hand sanitizer is available in all public areas for use by guests and staff. We’ll also greet you with a smile rather than a handshake.
Physical Distancing
We ask that you maintain a 6-foot distance between other guests and hotel staff.

Masks are required to be worn by all staff and guests in communal areas.
mEALS
Breakfast will be served in your room rather than in the communal dining area, as well as any additional meals you may order.
STAFF WELLNESS
All staff are temperature-checked upon arrival for their shifts. Any staff showing signs of Covid-19 will be asked not to come to work and to self-isolated the recommended time. PPE is available for our staff and guests upon request.
INCREASED SAFETY TRAINING
All staff have received Covid-19 safety training based on official guidance from the government and WHO.
If you feel unwell
If you feel unwell during your stay, please call the front desk to let us know, and we’ll advise you on the next steps. We request that you stay in your room until we’re able to form a support plan with you to avoid infecting other guests or staff.
