Hotel Policies

Please read our policies carefully prior to making any booking via this website. By making a booking via this website, you confirm you are agreeing to these policies. Questions? Please contact us in advance of your stay.

Cancellation Policies:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in date will be not be charged.

  • Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to check-in date will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.

  • Cancellations made 0-14 days prior to check-in date will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

  • Reservations that are shortened between 0-14 days prior to check-in date will be charged 50% of the shortened amount.

  • Reservations that are shortened after checking in will be charged as per the original reservation.

  • No shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

  • In the case of a natural disaster, all cancellation policies will be waived.

  • Group/retreat cancellation policies will apply as per the terms of the Group Contract.

A change can be made to your reservation until 2 pm, the day before your arrival. After that time no changes can be made. If you need to change the dates of your booking contact our reservation team via info@thedamayanti.com. All cancellations can only be made by email directly to info@thedamayanti.com

Please also note that the cancellation policy does not apply to group bookings. Refunds will be made by the same method the payments were made and to the specific card used at the time of the booking.

Reservations

Bookings can be made online, by email (info@thedamayanti.com), or in person with our reception team at the hotel. You agree that you may only make reservations for yourself and your invited guests, and you must not make reservations for the purpose of reselling, posting, advertising or marketing reservation information through third-party websites or other means, or any false, fraudulent, or speculative reservations. We cannot accept bookings made by housing associations. If you, or through any third party or agency, need to book on behalf of one or more proposed guests, you must make the reservation directly through our reception team. Change of guest name of any reservation is not allowed unless there are any special circumstances deemed acceptable by our booking team. The hotel has the right to reject any guest from checking in if the guest name is different from the name as stated on the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservation you made in its sole discretion without notice if it appears that any reservation has been made in breach of the above terms or involve any abuse of the reservation service. The rates include taxes, breakfast and linen. Breakfast is included; however, if your group exceeds 17 people, special conditions apply. Contact us for Group Terms and Conditions.

Group bookings

Groups consist of 10 people or more. Maximum guest capacity is 17 people. To book a group, please submit the online information form. Special Terms and Conditions apply to groups, please contact us directly.

Age restrictions

Please note that bookings cannot be accepted for guests under the age of 18 unless they are over 16 and accompanied by an adult.

Payment

Full pre-payment is required at the time of the booking for any reservation made through our website or directly with our reservation team. See cancellation conditions above for a refund of this deposit. Any outstanding balance must be paid immediately when checking in at the hotel. We accept cash (IDR only), Paypal, and bank wire transfers.

Check-in and Check-out

You can check in from 2pm, and check out is at 11 am. Please contact us if you’d like an earlier check-in time or later check-out time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. You can also leave your luggage in our storage room.

Please do not forget to pack your ID! Make sure to bring a valid identification with you, preferably a passport, government issued national identity card, residence permit, military ID, or driving license. We are unable to check anyone in without this, so make sure to pack your ID! Students cards and security badges are not accepted.

Room keys

Lost keys will incur a USD $20 fee – so please keep yours safe!
